Overview

Connect your Shopify store to provide product information and order support.

Setup Steps

Step 1: Create a Shopify App

  1. Go to your Shopify admin
  2. Navigate to AppsDevelop apps
  3. Create a new app
  4. Configure API scopes:
    • read_products
    • write_products
    • read_orders
    • write_orders

Step 2: Get OAuth Credentials

  1. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret
  2. Set the redirect URL: https://your-domain.com/api/integrations/oauth/shopify/callback

Step 3: Connect in Convosphere

  1. Go to Integrations in your agent dashboard
  2. Click Add IntegrationShopify
  3. Enter your store domain
  4. Authorize the connection
