Connect your Shopify store to provide product information and order support.Setup Steps
Step 1: Create a Shopify App
- Go to your Shopify admin
- Navigate to Apps → Develop apps
- Create a new app
- Configure API scopes:
read_productswrite_productsread_orderswrite_orders
Step 2: Get OAuth Credentials
- Copy your Client ID and Client Secret
- Set the redirect URL:
https://your-domain.com/api/integrations/oauth/shopify/callback
Step 3: Connect in Convosphere
- Go to Integrations in your agent dashboard
- Click Add Integration → Shopify
- Enter your store domain
- Authorize the connection
