## Usage Monitoring

### Viewing Usage

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Navigate to **Usage** or **Billing**
3. View current usage:
   * Messages used/limit
   * Agents created/limit
   * Knowledge base size
   * URL scraping pages used/limit

### Usage Alerts

* **80% Warning**: Email alert at 80% of limit
* **100% Limit**: Service paused at limit (can upgrade)
* **Daily Updates**: Daily usage summary emails

## FAQ

### Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.

### What happens if I exceed limits?

You'll receive warnings at 80% and 100% of your limits. At 100%, service may be paused until you upgrade or the limit resets.

### Do unused messages roll over?

No, message limits reset monthly and unused messages don't roll over.

### Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans: No refunds, cancel anytime. Yearly plans: Prorated refund within 30 days.

### Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. Paid plans may offer free trials - check current promotions.
